The Rules That Govern Your Account

01 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "1ee bet" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at 1eebet.net, including all associated services, products, and features accessible through the platform.
• "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with the 1ee bet Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by you on the 1ee bet platform, used to access games, place bets, and manage your PKR wallet.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered or is seeking to register an account on 1ee bet and is resident in Pakistan.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the designated currency for all financial transactions on the 1ee bet platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus PKR amount awarded to your 1ee bet account by 1ee bet pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means PKR deposited by you into your 1ee bet account using your own financial resources, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be staked on eligible games or markets before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.

References to "including" or "includes" are not limiting. References to any statute or regulation include amendments to that statute or regulation. Headings in these Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 1ee bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 1ee bet strictly prohibits access to, or use of, the platform by individuals under the age of 18.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, trusts, and other entities are not permitted to hold 1ee bet accounts.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you in Pakistan.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during account registration. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, or email address — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• You must not be subject to any court order, injunction, or statutory restriction that would prohibit you from using an online gaming platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 1ee bet at any time. Should 1ee bet determine that you hold or have previously held multiple accounts, 1ee bet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated bets and transactions, and confiscate any PKR balance held in those accounts without prior notice.

03 Account Verification

1ee bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with industry standards. All players are required to complete full account verification before processing any withdrawal from their 1ee bet PKR wallet. 1ee bet reserves the right to request verification documents at any stage of the player relationship, including at registration, before processing a deposit, or at any point during an ongoing account relationship.

Accepted verification documents for Pakistani players include:

• National Identity: Pakistani CNIC (front and back, clear legible photographs or scanned copies)
• Proof of Address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months showing your full name and Pakistan address
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshot or confirmation of your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account registered to your name, confirming ownership of the payment method used to deposit on 1ee bet

Documents submitted for KYC must be genuine, unaltered, and belong to the account holder. Submission of fraudulent or doctored documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account termination, reporting to relevant Pakistani authorities, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 1ee bet are conducted in PKR. 1ee bet supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and MCB Bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 1ee bet's discretion.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount: 500 PKR per transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account, wallet, or card belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being refunded and the 1ee bet account being suspended pending investigation.
• 1ee bet does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your 1ee bet PKR wallet once the payment has cleared through the applicable payment network. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically clear within seconds; bank transfers may take up to one business day.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 1,000 PKR per transaction.
• Full KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed by 1ee bet.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your 1ee bet account.
• 1ee bet targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within one to three business days for bank transfers. These timelines are targets and not contractual guarantees.
• 1ee bet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large PKR amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.
• Bonus Funds and winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules govern all sports bets, casino wagers, and slot spins placed through your 1ee bet account:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. 1ee bet does not accept cancellation requests after a bet or wager has been accepted by the system, except where a manifest error on the part of 1ee bet has caused an incorrect outcome to be displayed.
• Minimum bet amounts and maximum bet limits vary by market, game, and account tier. Current limits are displayed within the relevant section of the 1ee bet platform.
• For sports betting, 1ee bet reserves the right to void bets in the event of: match abandonment, venue changes materially affecting the outcome, scoring system changes, or any event outside 1ee bet's reasonable control that invalidates the basis of the market.
• For live (in-play) betting on HBL Pakistan Super League, international cricket, and football markets, bets accepted after an event outcome has been determined but before the system registers it ("late bets") may be voided by 1ee bet at its sole discretion.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) provided by 1ee bet's licensed game suppliers. 1ee bet does not control or influence individual game outcomes.
• Jackpot payouts exceeding 5,000,000 PKR may be paid out in instalments at 1ee bet's discretion, with the full amount paid within 90 days of the qualifying event.

Where a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed interruption causes an incorrect price, odds, or payout to be displayed, 1ee bet reserves the right to void any affected transactions and re-settle them at the correct price or void them entirely, with any PKR staked returned to the player's account.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

1ee bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Pakistani players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms apply.

• Welcome bonuses and deposit match offers are available to newly registered 1ee bet players who complete full KYC verification.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum 30x wagering requirement on eligible sports betting markets or casino games before withdrawal.
• Free bets are credited in PKR and must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired free bets are automatically removed from the account.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using a bonus in a way designed to exploit its terms, or systematically hedging bonus bets to guarantee a return — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being investigated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• 1ee bet reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time. Reasonable notice will be provided to affected players where possible.

07 Responsible Gaming

1ee bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Pakistani players. Online betting and casino gaming are intended to be forms of entertainment. 1ee bet provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools directly within the account settings of every registered player, accessible immediately after 1ee bet login.

Available responsible gaming tools on 1ee bet include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your 1ee bet account to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which 1ee bet will automatically log you out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing how long you have been active in your current 1ee bet session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your 1ee bet account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 1ee bet platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

1ee bet strongly encourages any Pakistani player who believes their gambling has become problematic to use these tools immediately and to seek professional support. 1ee bet is not responsible for losses incurred by players who choose not to use available responsible gaming controls. 08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1ee bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to access the 1ee bet platform, place bets, or interact with any game.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or malfunctions to generate unfair winnings.
• Colluding with other 1ee bet players to manipulate the outcome of any game or to unfairly exploit any bonus or promotion.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies across multiple accounts with the intent to extract guaranteed value from 1ee bet promotions.
• Using the 1ee bet platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Impersonating another individual or entity, or providing false identity documents, in connection with your 1ee bet account.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other player's 1ee bet account or to 1ee bet's internal systems.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals without prior authorisation from 1ee bet. Unauthorised chargebacks constitute fraud and will result in account termination and recovery proceedings.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1ee bet platform — including but not limited to: the 1ee bet brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, game content, text, images, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1ee bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 1ee bet platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any 1ee bet intellectual property in any form without prior written authorisation from 1ee bet.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1ee bet's total aggregate liability to any Pakistani player arising from or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

1ee bet is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the 1ee bet platform.
• Any loss of PKR winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or events outside 1ee bet's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the 1ee bet platform.
• Service interruptions caused by your internet service provider, Pakistani mobile network, or third-party payment processor.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits 1ee bet's liability for death or personal injury caused by 1ee bet's own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data

1ee bet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering on 1ee bet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. For details, please review the full Privacy Policy.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

1ee bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if 1ee bet has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account has been used for, or is connected to, fraudulent or criminal activity.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• The player has self-excluded from 1ee bet or has requested account closure.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, 1ee bet reserves the right to withhold and void any PKR balance, pending bets, and bonus funds in the account. Where account closure is initiated by the player for reasons unrelated to any breach — including responsible gaming self-exclusion — any remaining Real Money Funds in the account will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Amendments to Terms

1ee bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to withdrawal procedures, bonus rules, or player rights — 1ee bet will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Pakistani players via email to the address on their 1ee bet account, via an in-platform notification, or by posting a prominent notice on the 1ee bet website.

Your continued use of the 1ee bet platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not accept the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure before the new terms take effect.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in 1ee bet's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a Pakistani player and 1ee bet, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: Contact 1ee bet customer support at [email protected] with a written description of your complaint. 1ee bet will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aims to resolve complaints within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through direct support, you may escalate it to 1ee bet's designated complaints officer by requesting escalation in writing via the same email address.
• Step 3 — Binding Arbitration: Unresolved disputes may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body nominated by 1ee bet. The arbitration decision will be final and binding on both parties.
